Financial Aid

Assisting students in receiving a college education

Welcome to Financial Aid

We know that paying for college is a big challenge. That is why we are here to help you take advantage of all financial resources that are available.

Do not be intimidated by the process. The state of California, federal government, and Los Medanos College wants you to succeed. Read on for information on how to apply.

SUMMER 2018 PROMISE GRANTS (FORMERLY BOG FEE WAIVER) WILL BE PROCESSED IN MAY 2018. PLEASE DO NOT BE CONCERNED ABOUT SUMMER 2018 TUITION/FEES UNTIL AFTER WE BEGIN PROCESSING FOR 2018-19. PLEASE CHECK YOUR INSITE IN MAY FOR UPDATES!

California Dream Act "Follow Your Dreams"

It is important to note that today’s DACA decision does not impact a student’s ability to attend our colleges, to qualify for an exemption from non-resident tuition fees under AB 540, or to apply for financial aid under the provisions of the California Dream Act. AB 540 and the California Dream Act are state programs that are entirely separate and distinct from DACA and the federal enforcement of immigration laws. Check out the California Dream Act “Follow Your Dreams” Video.
